Basically, Roxio is a poorly written program, by a poorly run company. Roxio and it's parent and sibling companies deserve to go out of business. As worthless a company and product as I have seen. At least that's my opinion; and, apparently I'm not the only one.

It's a general PITA software title that has no business being offered, must less sold.
And I'd give this 0 if possible. Far too expensive for the hassles. Then again, free would be far too expensive, in my opinion.
Dealing with Roxio is a fools errand. Because PC Magazine rated them higher than Nero, I bought their package Roxio creater Ultimate from the Roxio web site. I was billed $149 on my credit card for a package I could have had for 40 dollars cheaper at Best Buy. At a local computer store I would have purchased a box with a manual and the software. From Roxio, I received an envelope with the software in it. Roxio offers on their web site a 20 rebate program. They refuse the rebate! They have a money back guarantee, so if you apply for your money back, they no longer have your web address and deny you access to their forums. This is a fly by night piece of dog excrement, avoid at all cost.
