In order to fix this problem, there are several things that you can do. You can try to update your Java utility to the latest version. This solves the problem for some users. To download the latest version of Java, you can visit the official website.
You can also disable the RoxWatchTray10.EXE from the startup. To do this, go to Start > Run > type msconfig and press enter. In the window that just opened go to Startup tab, search for the mentioned application and make sure that it's disabled. Click apply and reboot your PC. This should fix your problem.

There is no information about QTP and Roxio. I have searched on the Internet and there is no information related to this request. It's possible that you will have to register the application to be able to use it, and because there is no registration (certificate generated based on the activation), you receive the above error. My advice is to contact Roxio directly using the available information on the contact page.

On lots of VHS tapes there are "dead spots" with nothing but blackness. Every time I get to one of those spots Roxio automatically stops recording. I don't want it to ever stop recording until I tell it to. Is there any way for it to record the entire VHS tape without ever stopping the recording process? Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Since there isn't a proper solution to this problem, you will need to manually record on segments. It can be frustrating using Fast Forward and Rewind, but as for this moment, this is the only viable solution.

Click the Start button, then All Programs, Then PC Help and Tools Folder, then select Recovery Manager, User Account Control Box will appear, (On my system the program that needs permission is Restore7.exe, with an unidentified Publisher) Select Allow. The HP Recovery Manager should appear. Click Advanced options, on the next Panel select Software program re-installation from the list of choices and then click on Next at the bottom of the panel, then click next again and then select Roxio Creator from the list and select next. this should start a reinstall of the software.
Roxio provides users with the ability to update their software using the support page. Find your program on the list on the support page or if it's legal, use the menu on the right and choose Legacy Products. Identify the application you use and on the drop-down menu select Update/Patch. If the database has available updates you can download them. The upgrade process is rather simple, just download the update package and install it as you would install a normal application then start the main software and that's it. The software will be updated to the latest version.
On the official Roxio web page, you can find a user guide which will provide an overview of Roxio Creator and will explains how to use its most popular features.
I've had my Dell computer for a little over a year and have enjoyed burning CDs since I've owned it, but just recently I started getting a message that my trial version had expired. Now it is not allowing me to even access my CD/DVD burner. How do I resolve this?

You need to use another alternative because this application is not available anymore. There are many solutions you can use like Ashampoo Burning Studio, Nero or IMGBurn.
Making a DVD online is not possible because you will need a physical DVD burner and an application used to burn the data on the DVD. For this instance, you can use Ashampoo Burning Studio to burn the DVD with the data. Online burning is not possible.

Yes, this application is used to copy or burn CDs, DVDs, etc. If you don't need it, you can remove it from your computer.
